All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by Direct Rate Technologies LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services in accordance with these Terms

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of using our services. This obligation survives the termination of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Direct Rate Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months

8. Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and English Law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates

10. Amendments

Direct Rate Technologies LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
